By reading the resort assessments, guides, and rankings published here, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, your only remedy is to stop using this publication.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without notice. Ongoing engagement with the publication after a revision is treated as agreement to the revised terms.
2. What this publication is
We operate solely as an independent review platform and informational catalogue dedicated to resort accommodation, destination hotels, and leisure properties.
- Guidance, not advice
- All reviews, amenity notes, tier rankings, and scores are provided for general travel research and holiday planning purposes.
- Editorial independence
- Scores represent our editors' judgement against a stated rubric and prevailing hospitality standards.
- We do not sell travel
- This is not a travel agency. We operate no booking desk, no hotel, and no entertainment facility of any kind.
3. Intellectual property
All original text, tier structures, analytical scorecards, styling, marks, and design elements belong exclusively to the publication and its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and print individual pages for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, republish, or syndicate our assessments without written authorisation.
- Run automated harvesting, scraping, or indexing tools over our proprietary ranking data.
- Adapt, modify, or derive new works from our evaluations and property matrices.
4. The limits of what we can verify
Our editors work to verify published details, amenity schedules, and local conditions, but leisure properties change their offerings and operating rules frequently.
No warranty is offered, expressly or by implication, regarding the completeness, correctness, or currency of venue schedules, room features, or local services. Verify critical details with the property before you book.
5. Third-party links and providers
Articles and reviews sometimes link out to hospitality venues, booking providers, and tourism authorities. Such links are offered only as a convenience.
We exercise no control over third-party sites, their terms, their security arrangements, or their reservation agreements. Following an external link is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Your obligations as a reader
Use of this site is conditional on your compliance with all relevant law. You agree in particular that you will not:
- Damage, disrupt, or otherwise impair the operational security of the publication's systems.

8. Law and severability
These terms are interpreted under recognised international commercial standards and the applicable statutes of the jurisdictions in which we publish. Should any single clause be held invalid or unenforceable, that clause is severed and the remainder continues in force.
